According to Allhiphop.com, West Coast rapper Kurupt is getting ready to release his own February 09 solo album, Street Lights. In addition, Long-Beach based rapper also founded Penagon, a new imprint to be distributed through Fontana/Universal. The newly founded label will be operated jointly by Kurupt and his Atlanta-based management firm Lakeshow Management.
